Glass Jewellery made in the Burren area
of Co Clare. This
Jewellery is made by kiln fusing pieces
of glass together at high temperatures.
The
glass used in this process is special
fusing
glass which can also be combined with dichroic
glass to form many of the pieces.
Dichroic
glass reflects one colour when light bounces off
the surface of the glass and transmits a different colour
when light passes through it.
It
is unique jewellery and can be made to any size, shape
or colour.
